How we handle the small amount of personal data this site collects. Last updated 20 April 2026.
KG3N Dynamics is an independent engineering practice based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. We operate kg3n.com.
Contact form (/contact.php): when you send a message we collect your name, email address, and the message body. These are transmitted via SMTP to support@kg3n.com.
Download tracking (/download.php): when you download a free tool we log the timestamp, file name, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string to a local JSON file. This is for abuse prevention and aggregate download statistics — not marketing.
Session cookies: when you visit the contact page a session cookie is set to provide CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection on the contact form. The cookie expires when you close your browser.
Server logs: our hosting provider maintains standard web server access logs in line with their own privacy policy.
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party tag managers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Contact-form data is used solely to reply to your message. Download-log data is used solely to monitor for abuse (bot scraping, denial-of-service patterns) and to count tool usage. Session cookies are used solely for form security.
We never sell or rent personal data. We never share it with third parties except where legally required.
Contact-form messages: until your enquiry is resolved, then archived for up to 24 months for reference. Earlier deletion is honoured on request (see §6).
Download logs: pruned 12 months after the recorded timestamp.
Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser tab.
Site data is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure. The contact-form recipient mailbox (support@kg3n.com) is hosted on the same provider. Email may transit servers in the United States or the European Union depending on the sending mail server's route.

TLS 1.2+ on all kg3n.com endpoints. CAA-restricted certificate issuance (Let's Encrypt only). The contact-form endpoint enforces CSRF tokens. The site does not store passwords or financial data.
